Our client, a large-scale recycling enterprise, was seeking an industrial-grade solution to handle high volumes of mixed plastic waste. They required a fully automated system capable of stable, continuous operation with low labor costs, high safety standards, and excellent energy efficiency to maximize their production capacity and ROI.
After analyzing the customer's material characteristics and throughput requirements, MOOGE's engineering team designed a tailored, heavy-duty plastic recycling production line.
As shown in the factory installation images, the line seamlessly integrates feeding, shredding, fine crushing, and material conveying:
Automated Feeding & Primary Shredding: In the section captured in Pic , we configured a heavy-duty, angled inclined belt conveyor to automatically transport raw plastic waste into the hopper of our powerful single-shaft/double-shaft shredder. This design ensures uniform feeding, prevents blockages, and significantly reduces manual labor. The shredded material is then discharged smoothly via an outgoing conveyor.
Secondary Crushing & Processing Stage: In the section shown in Pic, the pre-shredded plastics are transferred directly into the high-speed granulator/crusher unit. Equipped with a high-efficiency industrial motor and wear-resistant blades, this unit refines the material into consistent, uniform plastic flakes, preparing them perfectly for subsequent intensive washing and drying processes.
High Automation & Safety: The entire line is centrally controlled via an intelligent PLC system. Interlock safety switches and emergency stops ensure maximum protection for operators.
Heavy-Duty & Durable Design: Built with premium-grade steel and robust structural frames to withstand long hours of rigorous industrial operations.
Optimized Blades & Rotors: Our proprietary blade geometry design ensures low dust generation, low noise, and minimal heat buildup, preserving the material properties of the recycled plastics.
Energy Efficiency: Powered by top-tier motors and energy-saving drive systems, delivering higher throughput per kilowatt-hour compared to traditional machines.
The production line was successfully installed, commissioned, and put into operation at the client's facility. It has been running stably, meeting all targeted capacity benchmarks.
